Many repairs can be completed during the initial visit because our service vehicles carry commonly used replacement parts. If a specific part needs to be ordered, we'll explain the next steps and arrange a follow-up visit.
Rule of thumb: if the repair costs less than half a replacement and the unit has years of life left, repair makes sense. We'll give you an honest recommendation either way.
