Three Recent Burnaby Repairs

Bosch dishwasher E15 flood
Owner messaged at 11pm: E15 error, water on the floor, 7am flight. We pulled the unit at first light, traced the leak to a cracked spray arm seal, replaced with OEM, ran two full cycles dry. Customer made their flight.
Samsung 5E drain fault
Tenant called: 5E mid-cycle, water sitting in drum, building water shutoff scheduled in 24 hours. We de-stacked the pair in a closet-sized laundry, found the drain pump impeller jammed by a bra wire, swapped pump for OEM, restacked, ran a full test cycle.
Whirlpool dryer no heat
The dryer had experienced repeated thermal-fuse failures. We tested the airflow and found a 25-foot roof vent heavily restricted with lint. After cleaning the full vent path and replacing the failed fuse, we tested the dryer to confirm proper operation.

$139 for standard appliances (most fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, electric ovens, electric stoves). $179 for premium and gas appliances, microwaves, and hood fans. $229 for coffee machines and commercial. The fee is waived if you proceed with the repair. So you only pay for parts and labour.
What’s your warranty?
90 days on parts and labour for the work we do. If the same issue comes back during that window, we come back and fix it at no charge. Some OEM parts carry their own manufacturer warranty up to 12 months on top.
Do you work in strata buildings?
Yes. Brentwood, Metrotown, Edmonds, Lougheed and the rest. Tell us your building when you book and we’ll handle freight elevator booking, parkade access, and water shutoff coordination.

Yes. Technical Safety BC certified for gas ranges, cooktops, dryers, and BBQs. Required by law to service gas appliances in BC.

Most common parts for major brands. Most repairs are completed in a single visit. If we need to order a part, we tell you on the spot and book the return.
Do you install new appliances too?
Yes. Dishwashers, washers, dryers, fridges, ovens, microwaves. Properly levelled, connected, and tested before we leave. See appliance installation.
Why is my dryer taking forever in my Burnaby condo?
