All prices include site protection, manufacturer-spec installation, testing, and cleanup. GST extra. Final price within ranges depends on access (third-floor walk-up, tight stairways), building age (older homes may need new shut-off valves or hose replacement), and condition of existing connections. We confirm the exact price before starting work.
Gas appliances: We install electric and standard residential appliances only. Gas range, gas cooktop, and gas dryer installation requires a certified gas fitter and is outside our scope - we recommend hiring a certified gas fitter separately for those.

Pre-installation assessment
Before we start, we verify all connections - electrical outlet type, water lines, drain plumbing, vent paths, and cabinet dimensions. If something's missing or non-compliant for a clean install, we tell you straight up before starting work, not halfway through.
Old appliance removal
If you have an old appliance to remove, we disconnect it safely - water lines capped properly, electrical disconnected at the outlet. We can only haul away dishwashers and microwaves for disposal if needed (fee applies). Note: gas appliance disconnection requires a gas fitter, which is outside our scope.
Site preparation
Floors and surrounding cabinetry get protected before any work begins. We unbox the new appliance carefully, inspect for shipping damage (documented immediately if found).
Professional installation
Every appliance is installed according to the manufacturer's instructions and the requirements applicable to the work being performed. If the installation requires electrical, plumbing, or gas work that is outside our scope, we identify that before proceeding and advise the customer that the appropriate qualified trade is required.
Testing and demonstration
Every appliance gets a complete test before we leave. Washers run a short cycle. Dishwashers run through a fill-drain check. Refrigerators are leveled and door seals checked. Water-line connections tested for leaks. Then we walk you through how to operate it - no manual-reading required.
Cleanup and documentation
All packaging, old parts, and debris removed. You get an installation invoice, manufacturer warranty registration paperwork (where applicable), and our 90-day workmanship warranty.

Premium kitchen integration in a single visit
The renovation called for a Sub-Zero built-in refrigerator and a Miele integrated dishwasher, both requiring custom cabinetry integration with panel-ready fronts. Strata had already approved the work; the customer had booked the elevator window with the building. We arrived in the booked window with all the right tools.
Both appliances installed and operational by end of day. Fridge cabinetry alignment within manufacturer tolerance, water line pressure-tested, dishwasher integrated with the custom panel. Customer's previous installer had quoted two separate visits.
Four appliances, four retailers, one install team
The homeowner had purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Trail Appliances, a KitchenAid built-in fridge from Coast Wholesale, an Electrolux washer/dryer set from Costco, and a GE OTR microwave from Home Depot. Three big-box installers had already declined the job because the appliances weren't all from one store.
We installed everything in one 6-hour visit - water lines pressure-tested, levels verified, anti-tip bracket on the range, electrical connections to manufacturer spec, all warranty registrations completed. Customer received one invoice covering everything, with one team to call if anything ever needs follow-up.
The job another installer had refused
The homeowner had been turned down by the appliance retailer's installation crew due to the tight 24" closet - they cited insufficient space for the stacking kit and vent rerouting. The unit had been sitting unboxed in the garage for two weeks.
