Tim came, diagnosed the fridge (Theramador) issue, came back with the part, serviced and checked in multiple times to be sure all was well. Thermador told him they had the part in stock, but when he got there and waited over an hour they still couldn't locate it. He found another supplier and went to them first thing in the morning, so our kitchen could be functional again. That was several hours of unpaid labour, and he never once complained or even mentioned it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and happy to explain the process, since I wanted to learn.
